We booked a reasonably large room with a team breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was upgraded. The hotel is in a magnificent location, so close to all the restaurants, the mall, and shopping.

We enjoyed our rooms with a handicap-accessible shower and found the location of this place to be great, as it wasn't too far from Columbia Center Mall.

The staff here were pleasant and check-in was quick, the room was clean and had super comfy beds, a fridge, and a nice breakfast.

Convenient and cozy spot just 2 miles from The Reach Museum. 🏨

The location here is fantastic, surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions making it a great spot for a family visit.

During my recent stay at Hilton Garden, I had a very positive experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to assist me with connecting to the Wi-Fi, especially as a senior traveler. The location of the hotel was also ideal for taking leisurely walks, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Although overall my stay was great, I would have appreciated a complimentary breakfast option at the hotel, even if it meant a slightly higher rate. Additionally, it was a bit frustrating to be woken up by a street sweeper near the hotel on a Saturday morning.

Wait staff in restaurant seemed very disorganized. Our table the meals were brought at different times. In consistent service from table to table. Would have been nice to have firmer pillows.

Location was great, close to restaurants, stores, Arena and Convention Center. Staff was very good and so were the facilities.

Breakfast should be included for the price and the bed was not very comfortable.

The room was very clean the staff very professional.

Their sprinklers outside for the grass completely soaked our car. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but it was hard water. So i have a million hard water spots all over my car that WILL NOT come off unless the car is completely buffed out. I am not very happy about this fact. So here goes $200 to a detailer to get our 4 month old car to look new again.

The staff was some of the best I have ever dealt with. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I used my debit card to pay. I expected a hold on it, but they did something I have never seen before. They charged me for the room the day I checked in and then again two days after I checked out. The original charge when I checked in was not credited back until nearly a week later. The person at the hotel said I was only charged once, but that is not what was showing at my bank. Will definitely stay there again though.

The room was super clean and had everything we needed: a fridge, a walk-in shower with handrails, and super comfy bedding that made for a great night's sleep 😊 The staff here is also really friendly and helpful.

This hotel was great value for money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. It was conveniently located in the center of everything, close to restaurants, bars, and the convention center. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with upgraded bathrooms and even a handicap shower. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, making my stay even more enjoyable.

All was fine, no improvements needed.
